11. 3 yellow things that strike you as fresh mercy:

• the fleeting sunshine peeking from the overcast sky today. I absolutely love the sun and sky this week, even though I still think real winter should come to LA..

• Light in the darkness: I have a fear of dark places. Each time I'm able to turn on a light at night, I'm so happy. A fresh reminder of the beginning: "And God said, 'Let there be light.' And there was light."

• the yellow in the tasty "Lau Sa Bao" (sweet oozy yolk bun) that I enjoyed after dinner. It definitely felt fresh, and like mercy, after going to Zumba on an almost empty stomach!
